Update: PBS Retro has revised their schedule again, and Thomas is staying after all - now airing back-to-back with Angelina.

Looks as though PBS was able to sign a very, VERY last-minute renewal for the Really Useful Engine's show!

Amazon’s guide for their Fire TV channels now has Thomas & Friends displayed for 90 minutes before 90 minutes of Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps in the morning.

It was bound to happen to see them not do it as it would have ended up as soulless and have stuff that wouldn't have as much excitement as the main film itself. Thank goodness that they decided to keep it animated.

-who knows, maybe it might happen, maybe it might not. We'll just wait and see. After all, it wasn't *officially* cancelled; it just went radio silent since 2019.

(And given the current tomfuckery that is happening at WBD, I doubt it might *even* get a light of day *at all*.)

-the light of day again. It's a shame, really. I liked Gretel Lusky's character designs as well as the more cartoony and exaggerated expressions of the cast and having an anime-adjacent feel to it. I supposed it might get reworked and picked up for HBO Max and/or Discovery Family Channel, but-

So it's been over *ten years* since the Floricienta animated series by Mundoloco CGI was announced, and there's *still* no new news about it as of this year.

Combined with this and Discovery Kids Latin America's more preschool friendly branding, it's safe to say that the series will never see-

I still think one of the worst parts of bsky outside of no muting specific users' resposts, replying breaks the entire thread so you have to click it. So many times I will post 3-5 times in a thread and if someone replies to the first post only, the TL visibility on the rest of the posts are gone.

She's got the realest mood out there right now.
