Bottoms up, gents (still on theme for Freddie! 😋)
May you both earn GLORIOUS hangovers 🍻

Just had to show proof-of-age when signing for a parcel. Aside from my masseeve baldi heid and grizzled visage, the driver actually accepted “I was legal to drink when I bought this bloody t-shirt at a gig over 30 years ago! Do you STILL want to see my passport?!”

Yep! Stanley Lebor played the doctor (“this will help you on your way”)

I think Paul caught the eye of many a female viewer (& I daresay some male viewers). Howard and Hilda were ace, though. Always love that he appeared in Flash Gordon.
He looks so different without his ‘tache and cardigan!

And whilst you’re digging, Comfort Blanket podcast that Joel does kinda picks up the baton and runs with it, so cherrypick it’s back catalogue, too!

Think the heaps of different channels caused some of my confusion. I understand that it can be seen as lots of different tables in a bar for different conversations but I think I just saw “too much stuff” and kinda ran away screaming 😂
Will pop my head in the door, I promise!

Good question! I think initially it was down to the fact that when it started Twitter was still a thing, coupled with my sense of confusion over new stuff/things/apps/tech. I did dip my toes in the water but from there I never really got the hang of it. Will venture back across & have a bash…

I think every day in every way, John becomes more and more precious to those that love what he did, and how he did it. The respect in which he is held, the way in which he conducted (& conducts) himself, the decisions he made. Immaculate

Not sure if many folks have seen this already but I’ve never seen (any of) it before. A great interview with an honest, open, gentle human being, giving considered and candid answers. A “new” Deacy interview! Hoorah!

“I am” is a very short sentence. “I do” is a very long one!

Combining the “entertaining” conversation between Kevin & The Cardinal on @seasidepodreview.bsky.social about tofu, veganism, & Kev’s love of chickpeas AND the dad jokes feature…
What’s the difference between a lentil and a chickpea?
I’ve never paid money to have a lentil on my face!

Yours truly, back when there was *some* hair left! This day involved me working all week, getting the overnight bus to London on Thursday, attending the recording (met Rog briefly), back up overnight Friday, shower, then work on Saturday! Thems were the days….

I upload this simply because I was there! I attended TFI Friday filming the week before, only to hear that RMT would be a guest the following week! 😖
Managed to blag getting my name on the door. A few of us Queenies down the front for Rog started “the hands” - he noticed

Unquestionably in rotation as one of my favourite Queen songs (it changes day by day and minute by minute). I never skip it and ADORE the live versions. In a twist to your “what song do you prefer live than on record?”, I submit that I much prefer Roger’s vocals on this song to Freddie’s (cont)

Bumped into @dannywardcomedy.bsky.social and not only does he have the show of the fringe (IMHO), but also that he is just a lovely fella.
Anyone heading to Edinburgh, PLEASE do yourself a favour and see his show. I saw it a week ago and it has stayed with me ever since. It is simply incredible.
