Alt text added. When I’m teaching my students about transcription, I note that it’s usual to remove verbal clutter and when it’s left in, it’s often a sign that the writer wants you to regard the speaker with disrespect. Not great!

I work in radiology which is not as heavy into patient histories or records or particularly dangerous EXCEPT IN VERY SPECIFIC CASES and then it's hella dangerous. Having wrong info in patients' charts can cause deadly delays in care. And that's just with human errors. Fuck us all with AI just
