he's depicted here as if he's one of the bosses of the Arcadion raid series! the beast soul he uses is that of Einhander which, after transformation gave him way more curled horns, a pair of wings, more scales all over his body (his face, tips of fingers and palm are the only parts not covered by them). the sleeves of the coat and the pant legs partially fused with his arms and legs respectively, granting this smooth transition between them.
in one hand he's carrying a gunblade transformed into a railgun (he has two modes - regular gunblade with a beam blade and a railgun - the two sides of the gunblade slide apart, the beam dissipating, revealing said other mode of the weapon), while the other one is outstretched to the side.
Niners is ready to attack his opponents with the aether-charged bullets he manifested in an almost complete circle around himself. as he's about to will them to slot into the open railgun, some cybernetic indicators are glowing around the weapon.
