They're my husband's favorite band. I got to meet them in 2011 and they are the absolute NICEST guys. That was also the time I was in a moshpit that almost caused a riot but that's another story for another day.

I think it's better left museless, because we all have those regrets. Where we should have done something that could have potentially changed the trajectory of our lives, but we didn't. She just packaged it in different words.

2004: I was barely 18 when I met and started dating my ex and he turned 23 right after we started dating. It was much more normalized back then. I didn't think it was a big deal. None of the adultier adults around me saw an issue either. I wish they had though.

You and me both. I was listening while driving the kids today and saw my daughter in the mirror as the bridge came on and I burst into tears. I broke the cycle and things are different for her.
