A reminder a Japanese KEI carries move cargo in terms of space than your bloated GMC or Ford Ranger pick up
Yet another pedestrian killed by the driver of an oversized pickup. It's time to regulate the size of large pickups and SUVs before they kill more of our neighbours. Vehicles this size offer no practical utility over smaller counterparts.

Great points by @ldobsonhughes.bsky.social here. Canada cannot be a global leader in line with Carney's vision without the personnel to do the crucial work of diplomacy.

These layoffs target the very people who would staff Canadian nodes of the flexible network Carney proposes.

it's not that serious but you can still find roger ebert's 4 star review and contrast it with pauline kael's negative review if you want to see how much was lost when artistic tastemakers, flawed as they were, got replaced by yelp for da movies

Deeply fond of these trains but on the whole I’m glad they’ve finally been retired, given their complete lack of any accessibility. Frustrating that a lot of foamers completely ignore that.
56 years after the first 'Blue Goose' entered service on the electrified interurban railways connecting Sydney with the Blue Mountains and Gosford, the last in-service run of a 'V set' will be on January 30th.
