Eight weeks in, I'm down a whopping 13kg (~28 lbs, two stone to those of you whose blood is mostly tea). I can't really argue with that. NHS "soups and shakes" works.

If your child needlessly dies from an easily preventable illness due in no way to medical negligence but your own stupid political decisions, you have failed. Not only failed as a parent but as a human being.

Unreal; lost 8 kilos and got my blood sugars to non-diabetic levels in 17 days. Hard to believe, but also just Hard. Worth it, though. Plz note it's a medically supervised, super calorie-restricted diet - not for everyone. Think hard mode keto, but a nurse calls weekly to make sure you're not dead.
