I tried so hard to capture that 90s wacky pomo look but it's pretty hard bc that aesthetic has so many angles and organic shapes that just do Not Exist in ffxiv furniture......... going to have to scrap this. at least I tried. goodbye gay rainbow #ffxivhousing

have been thinking about virtual keepsakes and how they can feel just as valuable as physical items... I still keep nightsteel claws that a friend crafted for me when I first started playing ffxiv 8 years ago. it's all bits and bytes on a server but it still feels sorta tangible to me

I love socal and don't know if I ever want to move away from here but my god do I fucking wish it was walkable at all. like actually friendly to pedestrians. not "there is a crumbling sidewalk by this smog factory spewing toxic fumes. also it's by a 28 lane street with 1 million honking cars"

I won a figmental coffer from maps earlier this week and opened it on picto bc the magical girl weapon is one of my favs. only to realize that past me got it at some point so I essentially threw away 3 million gil . Thank you me

I just found out this grocery store closed shortly after this happened, which means there was an extremely small window of time that this could have happened to me, and I am feeling some sort of way about it
today I went to the grocery store for a little treat, and since I'm indecisive, I kept dilly-dallying, as I often do. once I finally made up my mind I got in line behind an older asian woman. she suddenly turns around and asks (in vietnamese) if I'm [my mom's name]'s kid, to which I say yes...???
