I was shoved by a security guard of the INS (precursor to ICE)-whilst peacefully waiting in line to submit official paperwork. My legs were tired and I moved one leg to the side! 'Back into line' he yelled and that was before Trump was POTUS. (I didnt submit...I rescinded)

PTSD from being dragged by a car in the past and I wonder if he was hallucinating. He was too volatile to be carrying a gun and many heads must roll.
He didn't shoot her in the head at point blank range because he felt like he was in danger. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he was furious that she wasn't afraid of him. He shot her in the head at point blank range because he felt emasculated.

Ross the ICE murderer was reportedly dragged by a vehicle in the past. It is likely he has PTSD & should not have been working & carrying a gun as it looks like he was hallucinating! He needs to be committed for the rest of his life
