I don't think people understand that if you shut down the government, ICE and CBP do NOT shut down. They're funded by supplemental money from the BBB. That's why dems are separating the DHS funding bill and asking for restrictions. I want them to demand a rescission of that funding or shut DHS down

I get the point but there are some logistical hurdles. What about people who are overseas or not even near their polling location out of town. What about service members and US citizens abroad. Finally what about the poll workers how will they vote if all the voting happens on one day
I think we should have a national voting day.Everyone gets off work.It's a national holiday.Everyone gets to vote. Voting booths are open for 14 hours.Or you can have two days off and have the voting booths open for eight hours a day.Regardless,we need a lot of time for voting.This curb is cheating.

I think not enough white people are taking the voting rights issues seriously enough. They are killing people and then offering to stop killing if the state gives up the voter registration data. This should be setting off massive alarms for EVERYONE. (I’m looking at you, white people.)
