Mainer by birth. Logger by trade. With your help, Governor for the people.

Folks at the top will try to characterize our protest as anti-American, but we know better. There’s nothing more American than speaking up when the rights and freedoms of people are trampled upon.

For Renee Nicole Good, for all of us, I’ll say it loud and clear: No more ICE.
Here in Maine, most of us aren’t from the right or the left. We’re from the bottom. And we’re rising.

I’ll see you on the road.

At this difficult moment in American history, we must be honest with ourselves:

Our nation, once the envy of the world, is now in profound decline.

For the sake of our children and future generations, we must reverse course.
We can reverse America’s decline | Bernie Sanders
It is not good enough just to criticize Trump. We must offer a positive vision that will improve the lives of Americans

The rich want to pit neighbor against neighbor. They want a disorganized, hopeless working class, grinding out thankless shifts for bad pay and fighting for scraps in a rigged system. We’re not going to take it anymore.

Thank you to my brothers & sisters at @uaw.org for your support. ✊🏼 #Solidarity

There's a reason why the rich and powerful always tell us the solution to our problems is to tax them less.

It's obscene that Maine firefighters' pay & benefits aren't keeping up with the times.

As Senate President, I sent a bill to the governor's desk to give them and other public workers more bargaining power. She vetoed it twice.

As Governor, I will sign this damn bill into law. #Solidarity

I'm not running away from this one. I owe you all the honest truth. Here's my official statement on the situation.

From the gas pump to the grocery store, Americans are facing a severe cost-of-living crisis. For the last 40 years, the billionaire class has been taking everything and leaving everybody else to fight for the scraps.

My only special interest group is the working class of Maine. Always has been, always will be. Solidarity forever.

“We need the party to get on board and say no to dark money in our primaries.”

Troy Jackson is rejecting dark and corporate money in his run for Maine Governor - and challenging his opponents to do the same.

He’s watched corporate cash kill bills to cut drug prices and raise wages.

Working class Mainers need a governor who will put them before the wealthy elites who’ve run the show in Augusta for too long. Bernie, Ro, and Dan, thanks a lot, gentlemen. I’m honored to have your support in this. #Solidarity

During the Great Migration, tens of thousands of Black families moved from the Jim Crow South to Cleveland for steel, auto, and manufacturing jobs.

Neighborhoods like Central, Hough, and Glenville became cultural and political hubs, laying the foundation for modern Black Cleveland.

Divided, we are powerless. Together, we can't be stopped. The oligarchs know that, and they live in fear of what'll happen when enough of us find out at the same time. #Solidarity

Trump lied through his teeth so he and his buddies could rip us off even more.

To fight back, we can't just take on Trump. We have to go straight at the elite scumbags who truly run things, no matter what president or governor they need to buy.

Thanks for the great discussion, @meidastouch.com.

Bernie Sanders is right. The people on top want us to believe we’re powerless, that our voices don’t matter.

They know they’re lying, and they’re terrified of what’ll happen when enough of us find that out at the same time.

I'm challenging Little Bobby Charles to a debate in Lewiston, his favorite city, at the Franco Center.

Bobby, you have till the end of the month. That’ll give you enough time to sharpen up and get your sheet all fitted and starched out. I hope to see you there.

The way life should be. Solidarity with Portland, and with the courageous speakers and activists from all walks of life who made their voices heard.

We will not sit idly by as the rights and freedoms of Mainers are trampled upon.

I know the internet is quiet about this guy but on the ground he's got soft power and earned trust just coming out his ears
The rich and powerful have been screwing us every day in this economy. Now, like always, they’re trying to cover their asses by blaming immigrants and other folks on the bottom. We won’t let them. #Solidarity
