“Survival is insufficient”
-Station Eleven
I don’t know if “You’re not poor, you’re actually too stupid to realize it” is going to move voters to his side.
Trump: "I think affordability is the greatest con job."

My God. If this was Biden that would be it. The MSM and Republicans would be demanding he resign that evening. Democrats would have piled on too. And fairly enough.
Rubio is literally talking loudly directly to his face right next to him and he’s dozing off.
Trump dozes while Marco Rubio speaks to him directly next to him. Just insane optics.

NYT fact check with Linda Qiu
“Did Trump actually keep the hurricanes away?”
This needs context
Kristi Noem: "Sir, you made it through hurricane season without a hurricane. You kept the hurricanes away. We appreciate that."

“So Democrats suck and they whine every time you print something complimentary about Trumps greatness. Meanwhile conservatives want to hear even more about his greatness. My question is, is that a Brioni tie?”
The NYT’s Patrick Healy asks a ridiculously both-sides question in which he tars critics as partisans who want the Times to “referee the news.” How about telling readers clearly that Trump is dismantling democracy? You offer the evidence. You’re just afraid to draw the conclusion. 🧵 2/4

Even if one could argue that an MRI could be used for a routine physical for someone as important as the President. There’s only one body part you’re checking and it’s not your ACL or your rotator cuff.
Reporter: Governor Walz called for the release of your MRI results

Trump: They were perfect like my phone call where I got impeached.

Reporter: Can you tell us what they were looking at?

Trump: I have no idea. It was just an MRI. It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and aced it.

What kind of pos steals a car with someone’s dog in it and then dumps the dog? Need to find this kid and put him in jail for a long time.

Make. America. Generic. Again.
Kevin Hassett: "Turkey prices were down 19 cents. I bought two different ones because some other show was criticizing me because I said, 'Oh, generic turkeys are pretty good.' So I made two this time and I didn't really notice the difference, so buy the cheaper turkey next year, folks."

Damn. Trump is nice to Mamdani once and NYT is like “okay we better finally run that piece we wrote 5 years ago”
Phew, NYT finally makes good for their absurd anti-Biden/Harris, pro-Trump 2024 coverage.

With this article NYT now has done about 1,000 articles on Biden’s age and 1 article on Trump’s age.

Anyone have bets on what social media screed Lutnick, er…I mean Trump will write tomorrow to tank the market? Holiday weekend coming. If it’s business as usual look for million percent tariffs on, well let’s say Mexico, around 230pm. #stocks #manipulation

Duffy: "Trump talks about the golden age of transportation. But the golden age in transportation truly begins with you ... People dress up like they're going to bed when they fly ... so we want to push people as we come into a really busy travel season: Help people out, be in a good mood, dress up"

Next week - RFKjr adds guidance to CDC website that sucking his dick will cure cancer
Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.
RFK Jr. Says He Instructed CDC to Change Vaccines and Autism Language on Website
In an interview, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cited gaps in vaccine safety research. His critics say he is ignoring a larger point: Vaccines save lives.

This is from season one of the Brady Bunch. In 1969 the actress playing
Marcia is 14
Jan is 11
Cindy is 8
If you are debating which Brady daughter is more appropriate for a middle aged man to have sex with based on definitions of Hebephile and Ephebophile you’re describing a pedophile. #Megyn

I’m pretty sure to get into character for Carol in Pluribus she just thinks of the moment Jennifer Coolidge ridiculously beat her out for the Emmy.
PLURIBUS: To be clear, I already loved Rhea Seehorn. Then they made her cranky.

I never thought this would happen to me while changing out a bad evaporator coil but…
Paul Ostapa sued his former employer, Trane U.S., for alleged religious discrimination. As Southern Baptist, he claimed his faith prevented him from being alone with a woman not his wife and requested a workplace accommodation. After he was fired, he filed a federal lawsuit in October 2025.

They can’t afford extra clothes or a life jacket to cross the Rio Grande safely but they can buy the house next to you with cash at 20 percent over market. People actually believe this?
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

So world wars didn’t break it and COVID didn’t break it but somehow a 40 day shutdown broke how numbers work forever. Thousand years from now they still won’t be able to count jobs.
What utter bullshit.
"The Democrats may have permanently damaged the federal statistical system with October CPI and jobs reports likely never being released," White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said.

This doesn’t even make sense. Democrats aren’t supporting women because they are letting their support of women overshadow a vote on opening the government??
