To those blaming Walz for not mobilizing the Guard, he did that six days ago. I have to say it's disturbing to see people angry at Walz instead of the government agents that just executed a man. As though we should all be experts about what to do when a secret police force invades an American city.

16 years ago, the Supreme Court made a decision that has transformed our politics to favor Big Money over the American people.

We need a constitutional amendment to formally and fully overturn the Citizens United decision.

16 years ago today, SCOTUS sided with big corporations over the American people in their infamous Citizens United ruling.

That decision paved the way for unchecked & secret money in our politics & helped billionaires & special interests buy more elections.

We must reverse it.

what's wild is this will somehow get 10% of the news coverage of any one of Trump's baseless election theft claims

Protesting government overreach is not insurrection.

They are not preventing ICE from doing immigration enforcement.

They are objecting to an out-of-control agency that continually lies to the public and does harm.
Trump threatens to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minnesota in a post on Truth Social.

The DOJ is arguing IN COURT that the courts cannot force them to follow the law, specifically the Epstein files.
They are pedophile protectors.

This IS the result of the Supreme Court of the United States of America giving the most amoral person in America immunity from his crimes.

Crimes that stack up daily.

Including 115 counts of 1st-degree murder of unarmed civilians suspected of crimes not punishable by the death penalty.

It's now been four weeks since the deadline set by law and they still haven't fully released the Epstein files because withholding exculpatory evidence is clearly what you do when you're "innocent."

Everyone with authority must speak out now against Trump's depravity and lawlessness.

Every Democratic leader.

Every university, professional association, charity, and foundation head.

Every CEO.

Every religious leader.

If they don't, history will condemn their cowardice and complicity.

I never understood how so many Germans could be manipulated into supporting Hitler and the horrors he committed.
Watching first hand how Americans have fallen in line makes it much clearer.

A Black man was killed by ICE (off duty) in Los Angeles on New Year’s Eve. And like Renée Good, he was an American citizen. But most people have not heard about Keith Porter.

I need y’all to realize this. Black people experience this lack of visibility all the time when it comes to being victims.

NEW: Source familiar with the Epstein files release tells me that Congress has yet to receive the Justice Department’s explanation for the Epstein files redactions.

This is another violation of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

The Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, passed by Congress on November 19 with an overwhelming vote. Complying with it was not optional. The Department of Justice did not comply.

I want to make sure this is very clear.

I’ve served, I’ve been to a lot of sad places. I’ve seen despair and desperation. Anyone who thinks we should just step back and “mind our own business” imo is VERY privileged with a lot of self entitlement. I’ve seen hope in people’s eyes that they never had when they saw the flag on my uniform.
