The Office of Management and Budget sent a notification to Congress about their intent to use research and development funds to pay members of the military, two sources with direct knowledge tell NBC News. A spokesperson for the OMB confirmed to NBC News that it plans to use the research and development funds and that there are two years' worth of funds available within the Department of Defense.

After a quick look through a bin of my childhood toys.
90s TamNT toys, Splinter and the 4 turtles, from a few of the early lines. A variety of villain toys from the TMNT cartoons. A huge Krang body with Krang in it, Bebop and Rocksteady, 2 Foot Soldiers, Leatherhead, Baxter as the Fly, and Shredder. Toys from TMNT 2, All 4 turtles, and Super Shredder, Tokka, and Rahzar.
