Also, tips for managing the new pattern hellscape:
1. Don't buy sewing patterns that don't have an IRL sewn example of what it looks like. Drawings and 3D renders do not reflect what you actually get. Many of them are AI generated, not graded, and certainly haven't been proven to work IRL.

The fact that orthodontists refuse to do work on people they didn’t start treatment with is so wild, when my old ortho shut down it was next to impossible to get a new retainer without getting braces all over again, eventually gave up and ordered them from SDC of all places
