Yay! I got to 5 degrees dorsiflexion today in PT. I’m progressing super fast now thanks to 50 min PT sessions and being consistent with my exercises. I also took my first bike ride since the accident and also did the rowing machine this week ❤️🙌🏻❤️ #trimalleolarfracture #brokenankle #physicaltherapy

At PT today we broke through scar tissue and I gained 2 degrees dorsiflexion! Our goal is 10 degrees to be able to walk normally. 👍 #trimalleolarfracture #brokenankle #physicaltherapy

I like to pretend I’ve mastered most things in all my past “lifetimes” but this was the last one where I wanted to master the ultimate challenging physical life. Then I can graduate, have parties with kittens, cheese, and play with space glitter. 😆🤷♀️ Whatever helps right? #chronicillness #chronicpain
