I maintain that the EOIII abyssal god is one of the best designed bosses ever made in a turn based game. it's so mean. it teaches you not to hit it when in defense mode because it retaliates, and it reads your inputs to react, but otherwise runs on a set pattern of moves you can learn to predict

hot take but gw2 should have only had humans playable at the start, and if they made other races playable, do so with their own expansions. the base game is a mess because of the disparate and unequal racial stories in the first parts, and then HoT was all about sylvari anyway.

there are characters I adore who just don’t get to do enough to justify calling top faves, because dunmeshi just has so many great characters in it. namari and milsiril for example, adore them. pattadol has her fans too and she deserves it
