UCLA’s Mobility Center of Excellence received a $2.5M FHWA grant to advance cooperative perception — tech that helps vehicles and other transportation infrastructure “see” together for safer, more efficient automated mobility deployment.

Did you know...in 1929, UCLA students used more cars to get to campus than any other university in the US? A survey (featured in the yearbook) found 2,384 cars parked near campus! Fords were very popular back then 🚗
