Machado teaches us how essential it is, above all, for all Republican opposition parties, Independents, Democrats and Socialists, to work together as one team, a partnership or collaboration, that has one aim only, taking back the House & Senate to reinstate the guardrails of democracy.

Machado has worked tirelessly for over 25 years in Venezuela. And still they're ina dictatorship. The fight in the USA must be now, and all the way to the mid-terms, which may well be gerrymandered sufficiently to allow Republicans to remain in control.

To open their eyes to the harms of Trump's administration (regime if you've had your eyes open), does America have to fall further? What discourse is there to have when right now many Trump/MAGA supporters are themselves benefitting from the billions appropriated to fund ICE and more?

As the USA hurtles to full-blown autocracy, do I believe that Trump voters knee this would happen in the States? Did they want to enrich the very few at the top, at the expense of even their basic housing, food and medical needs?

Germany under Angela Merkel went ahead with NS2 after Russia invaded Ukraine's Crimea region and the Donbas. If I'm not mistaken the Americans and others pleaded with her not to go ahead with this project which would have made Germany (and Europe) even more dependant on Russian energy supplies.

Aftermath of the overnight bombing in central Sloviansk.

Two bombs struck a residential high-rise. Five civilians were injured, including a 13-year-old boy. One guided aerial bomb hit the outer wall; the other pierced the roof and destroyed several apartments. 🤬

Another family member of the family is currently hospitalized.

Enjoying the weekend? And at the same time russians are continuing their massive attacks on Ukraine. NATO/EU jets were on alert and watched the massacre across the border. They could have helped, but they didn't. Hiding behind Ukrainians as long as Ukrainians stand, I guess.

More than 50 missiles and about 500 strike drones. They hit with cruise missiles, "Shaheds" and including "Kinzhal" missiles. 5 dead and 10 injured, — Zelensky.

I won't give Bezos a headache on my own. But at least I sleep better at night.
