Just performed one of my favorite post-Christmas rituals. Sat down with nice cup of coffee and broke in the spines on all the new books I got. It's such a nice sensory experience. And I get a nice little shot of dopamine for each smoothly opening and flipping book.

I just made two storage spaces in my bedroom. For the first, I bought a stud finder and $140 worth of brackets, boards, and and put in a floor to ceiling set of floating shelves.
For the 2nd I zip-tied some milk crates together.
I'm... Very confused on if I'm a proper adult or not.

We have some kitchen experimentation going on. Used potatoes and white rice to make some delicious little fried bites. Crispy, soft and creamy all at the same time. A hybrid between croquettes and arancini. I shall call them: Crocini!
