Can I sue him for the severe psychological distress HIS actions have caused me? I reckon £10,000 would suffice.
A bank customer who claimed he has a “phobia” of materials related to Pride has lost a case against NatWest in which he alleged a display in one of its branches caused him “severe psychological distress”.

We need details of lawyers who are going to help us sue if we are strip searched by men!
GCs claim there’s ‘no risk’ to trans people under the NPCC policy, need to explain why a trans woman with a GRC can still be strip-searched by men if arrested. The policy itself creates that risk. If your stance needs us to pretend that isn’t real, it’s your argument that’s fantasy, not ours.
