No logic with the UKs transphobic bigotry.

This 'ruling' only applies to trans people, though it could easily start to apply to bi people too. Maybe people of mixed heritage too - seeing as bigots are getting protections.

Personally I'd feel deceived if I slept with a Tory or a Terf.

Read the entire ruling. She never inserted anything into him.

Also, there is no 'crime' or law for "Deception as to Sex" but it is now an offence under existing sex assault laws. But this is semantics in bluesky character limits. We all know it's bad, law, ruling or whatever you call it.

She gave him a bj and allowed him into her mouth. That is why she was prosecuted for "Deception as to Sex" and not rape. He said he'd never have allowed that to happen if he'd know she was trans.

I was unsure of them at first and thought they were a false flag, but have been reassured by trusted trans folk that they really are genuinely trans.

The judge said she'd shown no remorse. Of course. She's been living her true self since aged 13. All she did was have sex. But that now means she falls foul of the new "Deception as to Sex" ruling.
