"Why do they want us to leave the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)?"

Because human rights are inconvenient to capital and bigotry.
Why do they want us to leave the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)?

The Government moots leaving the ECHR as a pragmatic solution to an immigration “crisis”, but is there a more sinister motive behind the push?

This is horrific. Read down the article to the letter from the young trans girl now being refused her prescribed medication. This is a deliberately created tragedy, a denial of human rights & essential medical care to a tiny number of young people, based on the desire to eliminate trans lives.

Just wtf! @goodlawproject.org is this a 'thing'? or are the GC (aka transphobes) getting preferential treatment?

SEEN needs to spell out how astonishingly improper this is. A Gender Critical activist ‘journalist’ openly admits he was “invited to address the judge” in a criminal trial, even though he says himself he “doesn’t technically have standing”. This should NEVER happen in court.

SEEN Police has today taken the decision to begin judicial review proceedings over the EHRC’s refusal to disclose the Draft “Code of Practice on Single-Sex Services.”
The refusal is unlawful, discriminatory, and has created a dangerous information imbalance.

The EHRC cannot brief the press, tolerate leaks, and allow hostile actors to shape the narrative, while denying the same information to the community whose rights the Code governs.
That is the opposite of its statutory function. It’s behaving like the hate-group that it has become.

We are also now starting to look with our lawyers at the BBC's whitewashing of trans existence. goodlaw.social/vfq2
