Really surprised that one of Everett’s painting would sell for anything. We don’t have any Maud painting in my family but I do think my Aunt found one of Everett’s in Grampy’s attic one ages ago.

Thanks. One study was based on eating 50g to 280g per day 😳 I typically eat 2 squares which is 25g (5.5g fat / 2.5g sugar). I think I’m good.

I'm under 65 and I got the last once twice… in October 2024 and again in April. They didn't ask any questions about age etc… I just booked it. That said I think they changed that rule and I may have booked it just before they made some kind of changed to lock it down to 65+ only?

Can't get past the paywall. I eat minimum 72% dark (but prefer 85%) but I've become more concerned lately about the issue of heavy metals in dark chocolate. And fat of course, especially low quality fats in cheap brands. Hu is my favourite but it's $$$$

I’m hearing echo-y pew pew sounds which can only mean one thing… the second elevator is finally being fixed! It’s amazing how much slower the wait is for 1 elevator in a 20 floor building vs 2. It’s not twice the wait as you might think… it’s exponentially longer.
