The 7th page is actually the same 6th page, but the blank pink box on it folds open to reveal 2 images; one of 2 boxes outlined in pink and one of 2 women.

A zine made using paper packaging, leftover sticker frames, papers, and old ballpen sketches.

Assembled 16 May 2025

The bottom of a white paper bag, cut into a square and assembled as a zine. This is the front cover. To the left is a drawing of a small purple person. In the middle is a close up of a smirking woman, drawn with a pink marker. There is a full pink heart underneath her portrait. To the right is a strip of the cover coloured in pink marker, with a different woman drawn smiling, she has wide eyes. There is a half heart drawin in orange marker.

The right side of the image is the back of the front cover. It is the design of the Dunkin' Donut Philippines packaging–big short slightly curved lines to represent orange and pink sprinkles all over the white packaging.

The right side of the image is the first page: a woman with pink hair and an orange shirt in the middle of the square page. The shirt says, "ACTUALLY GAY". 2 different small humans are behind her, almost in a line, far from each other.

The text says, "I WAS STRAIGHT–all throughout my life."

The 3rd page is a colourful mess of dark blue, neon orange, and neon pink. There is a portrait of a woman. Her hair is neon pink. Her mouth is a little open and her eyebrows are raised, and her face flustered. Another smaller woman is in the middle, highlighted by an empty sticker frame. Both 5th and 6th pages have a neon pink background, with a bit of the Dunkin Donut packaging design peeking through on the 6th page. This page is seemingly blank.

The 5th page highlights 2 cutouts; a white rounded rectangle acting as a speech bubble for an unknown, off-page speaker, saying, "you're so brave". The other cutout is a bust of a woman, wearing a square neckline black blouse and a heart necklace. She is pensive about the comment to her.

On her left is the following text, "I REFLECTED on my identity, then my sexuality." The bottom of the page are three black stripes.

Hi #portfolioday! I'm Julie Dillon, and I'm a freelance artist working mostly on MtG cards and book covers. Here are a few personal paintings I've done in the past year. :)

A rusalka possessively embraces a man she's pulled under water in a pond; he doesn't appear to be struggling against her very much.

We peer through ornate curtains at a king kneeling before a man in armor who stands before him.
