Fun fact #2: Most state constitutuons grant the state the authority to impose and enforce exorbitant sales taxes and use taxes on private contractors doing work for the federal government (such as federal prison contractors, car rental agencies, and private airlines who contract with ICE).

Part of my point here is that actually the fash are not the majority and have not been and we need to keep pushing back on that narrative because when folks decide that the fash are actually the majority it makes them want to capitulate and collaborate with them.
