Right player, Wrong time.

As much as the transfer failed he had too much responsibility for a kid. Also Amorim not the right player, shows his weaknesses and not his strengths.

I think he has a really close relationship with Amorim, genuinely liked him and wants to publicly back him in the media.

If he ends up sacking him at some point I don't think he looks like an idiot, he could just say he's not meeting the KPIs or results aren't improving etc etc

I think he's so rich and insulated he doesn't give a shit a public opinion (he's not a politician) but I do honestly think his intentions are good and he's not in it for the money like many greedy people around United over the last 15 or so years

Sorry don't mean to be rude but you were speaking like we knew each other. Before you go what I will credit SJR and Ineos with is that they have the club's best interest at heart, unlike many agents, fancammers, players, Ed Woodward & Glazers have leeched from the club in recent times (my opinion)

A CM can't really have a super sub impact in the same way a winger or a striker can. He's clearly put of rhythm. Personally I'd love to see him and Bruno in the same XI like we did in 23/24. Granted he's only 20(?) and shouldn't be starting every match anyway
