I do miss pumpkin pie & cornbread. Sweden has a weak pie game, generally. And I do miss gumbo, vegan Philly cheese steak, decent BBQ, & good bagels. Swedish "Tex Mex" is obscene.

I've been looking for work for a year and a half. What was all my hard work for? It'll never be recognized or rewarded. I guess I once again missed the fine print that said my degree would only be valid if I'm middle-class and cisgender. And since I'm neither of those things, I guess I'm SOL.
