I've been beautifully stable, emotionally, for the last two years. The stability is largely due to the introduction of ketamine, but my med regimen is also playing a significant role, and changing it around feels dangerously like upsetting the applecart. But I need to be able to write. It matters.

I can't write anymore, at all. My cognitive functioning is just... not there. So I'm looking at switching psychiatrists to someone who knows ketamine, in the hopes that I can decrease the meds that I hope are causing the problem & increase k to compensate. This all feels very scary, but I'm trying.

Not reassuring when you call your Senator's office to say hey, what are you planning on doing about the fact that Elon Musk has taken over the federal gov't's payment systems, personnel, & data? & they say "We understand yr concern but Senator Markey has not made any public statement on the matter."
