It's everything you would expect from bac'n :-) It is crispy and smoky and salty and greasy 😁

Awww Thank you so much! It was absolutely delicious and pretty easy to make :-) a bag of frozen broccoli florets, a bag of Beyond steak bites, some stir fry sauce (since broccoli beef seasoning is not vegan). And I added some mushrooms (because I like them), stir fry together and voila! 😁
