🦚 I think maybe it’s time to try Zoloft again

Being unmedicated for so long felt like something to be proud of, but there’s no pride to be taken in neglecting your health. Just because I’m able to function without meds, doesn’t mean it’s the best way to live. Treatment is part of being an adult.

Gluing myself to front as a constant distraction and relying solely on muscle memory to operate on autopilot may have been an effective masking technique for work and day to day life, but it doesn’t seem to have proved beneficial in the long run. I still need to feel more myself, but I’m learning.

🦚 I think that maybe running from my trauma and adapting what I thought was Default Venom Personality to fill in the gaps of myself that I couldn’t remember fully may have been why I crashed out so hard after staying in front for two weeks straight immediately upon realizing my own existence.
