a little tidbit that i think of now and again is a friend of mine telling me that when she worked for doordash, people who ordered Chick-Fil-A would constantly offer no tips.

Keep in mind that doordash automatically sets you up to tip, you have to manually enter the zero yourself to deny a tip.
