Most grateful that Air NZ responded to my claim noting a glitch & refunded me (well, the charity I work for) the full fare that was cancelled. 🙏
I also disputed a software renewal invoice for the wrong sub & found it was wrong for the past 2 years for another charity. That's 2 refunds in one day 🙏🙏

Two weeks ago I tried to cancel a Board member's ticket with Air NZ from Noumea to AKL. Air NZ were adamant I'd booked a saver fare with no refund. Yet I had an email confirmation (with screenshots of what I was booking) from the CE saying to book Worksflexi as it might save $$ in the long run. 1/3
