I am testing pandebono recipes

My kitchen is full of pandebonos

Six pandebonos (little round cheese, cornmeal, and tapioca baaked goods) sit on a wooden cutting board. Left two: a bit yellow and grainy. Center two: more tan/brown and crisp. Right two: palest and largest.

Ten years ago I married @portcityposter.bsky.social, forcing our friends and family to walk from the Athenaeum to Columbia Firehouse in a hurricane. I was too busy talking to everyone at the reception so he danced with his brother. A pretty good Alexandria party.
