Canada passed a new Canadian citizenship law in November, Bill-C3. Now people from other countries that have a grandparent of great-grandparent that was/is a Canadian citizen can file to become a Canadian citizen too. The new law takes effect on 1/26/2026. 🇨🇦

Usually we buy our potted tree late and they have little selection.
This year we went earlier and ended with a lovely white spruce.
We will bring it into the house a day or two before Christmas. #nativeplants backyard #Habitat #Birds birdgardens.ca
