*some* of my seizure symptoms are psychosomatic. but it's also like, i *do* have seizures but i *also* have panic attacks because of worryimg so much about having seizures. and the panicking worsens the symptoms

i do wish that shows would mark themselves as epilepsy safe or not @_@ i mean i guess the idea is that *no* music show is epilepsy safe but it would be nice if one of them was
