Low maintenance is my jam! Please don't come over here with medium to high maintenance needs 😭 it won't work out for us. We're gonna go months but when we catch up it be for a few hrs. I want to hear about it all from the last day lol never worry about me feeling neglected.

There's no need for forgiveness. It's more indifference. He's my dad and that will never change. But not knowing better doesn't work for me bc im also a father and who didn't get the guidance but did get the trauma and found a way to still show up every day.
Hey fellas. Forgive your dad if you can. He was probably too young and untaught and living with his own trauma to know what he was doing with you when you were a kid.

A lot of these revolutions and uprisings we admire and cheer on happen because they are in countries that don’t have militarized police. Americans LOVE the police so people cashed them out and now they all have SWAT Gear, clandestine police cars and Armored paddy wagons.

I do think we need to rework "I'm rooting for everyone Black" b/c I think our oppressors have heard the message loud and clear.
