Their failure to legislate and DO THEIR JOBS has forced Gov. Stein and NC DHHS to make significant cuts to medicaid to avoid a catastrophe.

While the GOP-controlled House and Senate take vacation, NC families are worried about how they'll cover their medical expenses.

Gov. Stein signs Iryna's Law, but calls out the GOP for failing to address the root issue of mental health and disempowered healthcare workers.

He also vows to never allow death by firing squad so long as he is Governor.

What does a government shutdown mean for NC?

❌ 51,900 NC federal workers are unpaid or furloughed
❌ Families lose WIC & SNAP food aid
❌ Flights are delayed from short staffing
❌ National parks are closed

The longer the shutdown lasts, the more impact we will see.
