Fried white, king oyster, seafood, shiitake and woodear mushrooms with some garlic, ginger, dill, parsley and green onions, tossed them with japanese bbq and fish sauce, served over rice 🥴🍄

With homemade pickles and some bittermelon and chinese 5 spice tofu my dad made yesterday! 💖
