Let me get this straight. The agent was so “afraid for his life” that he recorded the entire encounter on his phone, never dropped it even after being 'hit', watched her turn the wheels away while smiling, shot her, then kept filming while calling her a “fucking bitch.” Sure.

Cops are trained not to shoot into cars, but ICE has fired on at least nine people since September, all in vehicles, including the recent Minneapolis killing of a woman in her SUV.

This isn’t the first time ICE’s actions have led to abuse and even death, it’s just the first time the mainstream media has covered it. There are many similar cases reported only on local news that most people never hear about.
