People have been going to jail. In Minnesota’s Feeding Our Future case alone, 50+ people have already been convicted or pleaded guilty, with multiple long prison sentences handed down. This has been happening for years, not something new.

The investigation, indictments, and most charges began years ago, largely under the prior DOJ. What’s happening now is the continuation of a long-running case, not a fresh 2025 crackdown.
