About time, urgently needed. Aid is still far to low

Ukraine is outnumbered 4 to 1, and is still loosing land. Most of the aid was old stuff from the 70s and 80s

They need the very best kit to balance the odds, especially more modern aircraft and generally a lot more of everything

This is something we as Liberal Democrats have long called for. Those who wage illegal wars must face the consequences. I'm proud to see this principle become policy.

Who did Nigel Farage have lunch with after resigning as UKIP leader 4 July 2016?

Noted Russian bribe enthusiast Nathan Gill - seen here giving an important news briefing on his behalf to Russia Today.

Check out the depletion rates of T-72 and T-80 tanks.
Hardly any T-80's left in storage.
No T-90's in storage at all.
Still hundreds of very old tanks left in storage.
But since the tanks in the best condition were refurbished first, these last ones are probably a sore sight.

It is compulsory to love the Westland Whirlwind.

11th October 1938: First flight of the Westland Whirlwind. The most heavily armed single-seat fighter in the world when introduced, it was also faster than its contemporaries at low level. However, it suffered from poor performance at altitude.

Artwork from a vintage Airfix kit depicting a Westland Whirlwind. It’s a sleek twin inline-engined, single seat fighter with a distinctive ‘T’ position horizontal stabiliser at the top of its tailfin. Four 20mm cannon, belching fire, protrude beyond the propeller spinners. The aircraft is depicted flying above a layer of cloud, through which a column of brownish smoke is ascending. Another Whirlwind can be seen in the background.
