Hi! Thank you for the opportunity! I'm Caro and I like to paint cute, whimsical and creepy stuff, and my work mostly features my OCs. I really love to work with traditional media (watercolour), but lately I've started exploring digital art more and more. Nice to meet you all!

Two young people in a kind of embrace. The shorter one, with short dark blue-green hair, a sad look on their face, puts their head on the shoulder of the taller man, their hand loosely grasping his t-shirt. The taller man is also short-haired, blond and has a serious look on his face. One of his hands rests on the head of his partner, the other on his arm. Both are wearing light blue-grey t-shirts. Behind them, and encircling them with their big tails, are two giant fish skeletons. The background is a dark blue-green, almost black, with some lighter water structures in the top part. Thank you Fran!!! I'm so torn because while I think the second is better base-wise (the drawing itself) I think the first colouring is interesting, too...... I mean, obviously the second one is my standard approach to colouring nowadays....

I wanted to get a video of this ghost crab but every time I got close to their hole they scuttled back in, so I tried getting clever with it. I made a little sandcastle and shoved my phone into it, hit record, and walked away. Crab was VERY suspicious of this addition to their environment.

This is lovely and I feel this in my soul 🥹 the atmosphere came out perfect, it looks so cozy and warm and just makes me smile. And yes, cat cuddles in bed are the best 😭 good luck for the contest!
