I'm back
it is fascinating that extremely conservative anti-gay Christians put all of these people into the center of power in the world and regularly listen to them
Milo Yiannopoulos responds to Benny Johnson’s threat of litigation.

People have been talking publicly on social media about Benny’s sexual orientation for years — since 2017 — and it’s discussed openly within GOP circles.

Former colleagues of his from BuzzFeed have shared their accounts publicly.

One undiscussed thing about Christian nationalist discourse

Most of the people who are in power and have all of the wealth are decidedly not very Christian, nor do they have designs on a Christian Nation

Rather they are using religious people.

I think with the tech Bros who were all in a tizzy about AI fail to understand is that AI is most effective case usage is in their space, in the creation of electronic machines, and not in actual creativity itself

We listened to the games in our dorm rooms with *radios*

probably the last year that technology was a major part of my life
I went to Duke football games in 2001.

We tore down goal posts in 2002 when we won a game.

Look at my boys now.

The author of One Billion Americans coming out against immigration and constitutionally-enshrined rights is bleak.

Just an open admission he wants to be seen as having beliefs without being weighed down by actually having beliefs.

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart but the very next day you took up three planks from the flooring of the chamber and deposited it between the scantlings. You then replaced the boards so cleverly, so cunningly, that no human eye—not even mine—could have detected anything wrong.
Last Christmas I gave you my heart but the very next day you gave it back again because you found you were miserable and that the place & fortune which would certainly have been mine could not alter the man (😞) and I suppose the name Harris Bigg-Wither didn't help matters either

Trump accounts are hilarious.

$250 you can't spend to defray the $18845 average cost of birth in america.

$250 you have to put in the stock market to boost stock prices.

Speaking of, I wonder what Dr heimbach would have to say about just war theory, which he used extensively 20 years ago to justify the Iraq invasion, in the light of our murders in the Caribbean
Wow when Daniel heimbach at Southeastern Baptist theological seminary gave me a c-minus because I dared quote Stanley Hauerwas in a paper and he doesn't like Stanley,

I didn't get a bunch of national air time and free money and stuff

Fundamentally I think the trajectory of winning electoral politics is appealing to the most foundational American value of freedom.

At present, that feeling is the freedom to do whatever I want

One wonders if the opposition party can reclaim the idea of freedom from want and fear.

Of the 80,000 Somalis who live in the twin cities, only 4000 are non-citizens. And the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of those 4000 non-citizens are NOT undocumented—they are here legally.

There is no immigration issue to enforce here.

I know racists don't care about this, but these facts do matter

It's striking to me that we have an entire oeuvre of films about a certain foreign people group committing mass crime on America soil, things far worse and bigger than any other, and it's just considered entertainment and not a reason to eject them all from our country.
