Kingdom Valley is so much worse than this because it takes like 8 minutes minimum to get to the mach speed section, and whatever ring bonus you can get on top of your time score is not enough to hit an S-rank.

Near the end during the tornado section there's a platform you can only reach at the very edge of what you're on and you have to be going at speed. After that you have the mach speed segment and that's just well understood to be a nightmare.

You kid but I pulled an enemy up through the ground as Silver, like they were a Pikmen, because they spawned out of bounds, and it was at that point I realized expecting anything better of this game means you have a dishonest relationship with it.

If you're playing Sonic 2006 through Project-06, you will never in a.... *trillion* years experience the game. You'll think you have experienced it, but you'll be cheated. It's a, such a sadness that you think you played Sonic 2006 with a fucking fan game. Get real.

What does that even get you? A 3/5 Sonic 2006? That sounds fundamentally less interesting to me.

And as a player, what are you doing? If you want to play a notoriously bad game, then do that. Engage with all of it, not just parts of it. Otherwise, what's the point?
