Definately went a bit too much at yoga last night and this morning.
Popped a pie in to cook and figured I'd do some yoga while it was cooking.
I do not recommend this, trying to hold a difficult pose while all you can smell is delicious pie is not easy 😁

Had a terrible night of not much sleep and lots of pain. Managed to go over at 5am and just woke up to a message from my friend cancelling our plans today. The relief!

Have unfollowed or unsubscribed from a lot of Instagram accounts, YouTube accounts, podcasts, emails. Having a massive clear out of the things that are no longer working for me. Some friendships have also been included to not take into 2026.

Quickly logged into my work emails to delete a job application submission email (my supervisor checks our nhs email though she's not supposed to be allowed)
Saw an email where a consultant is not happy about something I did before my holiday and am annoyed right back. That'll teach me for logging in

Popped out for an evening meal of beef cheeks with mashed potato. I asked for grilled vegetables as an extra because the dish apparently comes with root vegetables, but I didn't see any on any of the photos I'd checked. Half a cider to go with it. Left the restaurant all warm cheeked and full ☺️
