So lucky yesterday to have clear skies as we drove up to Donegal's iconic mountain, Errigal – an Earagail.
Sadly not enough time to traverse the path up - next time!
View from the road of the quartzite peak of Errigal in northwest Donegal.

Well shit. 8.30 but it’s pitch black out. I don’t even remember when it suddenly stopped being light in the evenings. I can’t tell you how not prepared for the short dark days of winter I am.

Lawyers! Had dinner with @patkane.bsky.social, hosted by Kairos (www.kairos.london - check it out) and he observed that we will have artificial intelligence when an AI, afraid of being turned off, calls a lawyer.

Next to the south side of Leabridge bridge is a pub, the "Princess of Wales" and a Grade II listed Victorian Old Schoolhouse, built in 1841, by Arthur Ashpitel and gifted in perpetuity by his family for the free education for the children of "transient boatmen and bargees".

Ex-Labour minister calls for wealth tax and public investment in June spending review.

UK needs an economic reset, end of cuts/austerity and neoliberal policies.

Can't revive economy without boosting the purchasing power of the bottom 50%.

Must redistribute. Tax the ultra-rich.
