My work systems are broken, nothing I can do till the boys fix them.
Done today:
- Had a massive fight with husband, one way (due to period)
- Had a brisk walk to get cigarettes (health check: pass)
- Stared at trees (health check: very good)
- Spread essential oils around house (v good)
