I have a strong feeling that AI ( or at least Generative AI) will mire itself in the uncanny valley. I think the big/immediate problem is how long until that has come and gone? How big is the leap over that pit?

Is it me or has Youtube become almost unusable in the past few weeks? I swear I have to hit reload at least once every time I load a new video; sometimes 2-3 times, but today, I had an entire playlist that I could not load past the first video; i tried over and over on each and it refused to load.

I think it's becoming clear that if you like indie creators, you're going to need to support them any way you can. And that doesn't mean money, just spreading worth of mouth can be powerful as well.
