I have a long-dormant, but not deactivated, LinkedIn account. I got a notification that someone in leadership at the company that let me go in October was viewing my profile on the day I was turned down by another company whose leader has a relationship with the EVP of my former company. Odd.

Hi. I'm a production manager with 24 years of experience, and I can tell you that this isn't how anything is going to work, and I've worked with some pretty advanced equipment that run on scientific processes. We had a system try to do this for us. It failed, and then that system went bankrupt.

Well, the last place that interviewed me has decided to move on to ither candidates. I have one last shot at something, then I will have to resort to a temp agency. I have to keep telling myself that it will be for only one year. After that, I'll have completed VIISTA and can do better things.
