Serious question: What's stopping the State of Illinois from arresting Stephen Miller & charging him with incitement?

The Senate didn't confirm him. He's just a guy.

At some point, the states MUST use their authority to prosecute, because the federal government certainly will not.

"Public broadcasting isn’t usually seen as part of the safety net, but it should: a key component in any society that has the remotest concern for its inhabitants’ well-being" jacobin.com/2025/07/publ... via @ubupamplemousse.bsky.social #pubmedia

I want to add a small but suggestive experience to this. In a recent piece I did for @newyorker.com about ICE arrests of Democratic officials and lawmakers, we got a comment from the White House, in which a spokesperson said that the magazine was “encouraging lawless behavior” by reporting on it.

Dogged attachment to an unjust and planet-killing "normalcy" is what helped usher in this hostile takeover of our government. The only way out is to create something we've never had before not to tweak what now is.

How does wildly unpopular legislation become law and not one story about it is how obviously undemocratic our country already is? How this proves hostile takeover of our government?

Your race, place and background may keep you out of the bull's eye but with this regime hell bent on destroying anything that doesn't enrich them, eventually the #MAGAMurderRegime tide shall down all in its wake.

The death toll in Central Texas climbed to at least 70 as of midday Sunday, as rescuers searched for people swept away by devastating floods and forecasters warned that downpours would continue in already hard-hit areas. Follow live updates. www.nytimes.com/live/2025/07...

Patriotism is having the courage to demand justice, protect our communities, and hold power accountable - especially when that power is being abused to terrorize our neighborhoods. #4thofJuly

#MAGAMurderBill is the only apt descriptor for this evil monstrosity that will empower the regime to do away with whomever they deem undesirable.

The entire Latino population in the U.S. is 65 million. She means all of us.
Laura Loomer‘s tweet: Alligator lives matter. The good news is, alligators are guaranteed at least 65 million meals if we get started now.
