Tesla's China sales fell 35.8% in October, for an 8.4% decline year-to-date.

NEW: ICE has finally released post-shutdown detention data. The latest data reveals that a full 40%(!) of people arrested in the interior and held in ICE detention have no criminal record; no criminal charges or prior convictions. That is up from just 4% when Trump took office.

Republicans already tried to ban states’ ability to regulate AI in their Big, Ugly Bill.

That ban was voted down 99-1.

Their new political maneuver would be a free pass to Big Tech, and it must be stopped again.
BREAKING: House Republicans are trying to sneak a BAN on states regulating artificial intelligence into the NDAA, a disastrous idea that would make tech platforms even more dangerous for kids.

Railey passed away on Friday. The most loving dog. Our family mascot. She was raised in lush fields of the Ring/Old Parish Gaeltacht in Co Waterford. She emigrated to the US when she was 7 & became a Cali girl in her later yrs. Hope she gets to run wild and eat steak in doggo heaven.
